If you have received an incorrect product from us, kindly email our customer service immediately for an exchange. Do note that for an exchange, the product must be in an unused condition and you must send an email notifying our customer support team within 3 days upon receiving the incorrect product.
Domestic Delivery (Singapore)
- Your order will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days.
- We are delighted to be able to offer FREE delivery on all orders above $20 in Singapore.
International Delivery
- Your order will be delivered to you within 7-30 business days.
- Any applicable import duties, taxes (including VAT) and shipping charges will depend on your destination country. Chargers will be displayed at checkout.
All prices shown on the Content Binded website are in Singaporean dollars. The prices shown are inclusive of GST.
1) The card you have used is not available for overseas transactions. Your card must be unblocked for any overseas transaction restrictions by your bank. The charge may take up to 3 days to process so please do not place the restriction on your card until you see a confirmed charge on your card.
2) The address you have entered may be incorrect. Please ensure that all shipping and billing details have been entered correctly. If they do not match the card you used, your transaction will be unsuccessful.
